Another Family Falls Victim to the Wii

We finally bought a Wii. We were going to get one for Christmas and then we kept going back and forth wondering if we would ever use it. Then we played it at July and Cory's and at Kari and Clark's and we wondered how we had ever lived without it. So I went on a search to find a Wii anywhere in the state of Utah. That was difficult to do in the month of January (right after Christmas!). But after I called 30 Costco's and 15 Sam's Clubs, I finally found one! Someone had just returned one (unopened) and they would hold it for me for 2 hours. Awesome!

I wondered why we didn't buy it earlier. Seriously, the Wii is such a good price at only $249. Uh yeah, the Wii by itself is a good price, but then when you add everything else you want.......Wii Fit, Shaun White Snowboarding, All American Cheer Team (of course!), Mario Kart (complete with 4 steering wheels), 3 extra controllers and nunchucks, wireless nunchucks (which you need for All American Cheer), etc. etc. I wondered what we had gotten ourselves into!

Then I see how it brings families together and it makes it all worth it. Hey, I may even lose a few pounds. :-)

We got a Wii for christmas and we have definately had some fun times as a family playing it. We weren't going to even get in to the video gaming with the kids, but we gave in, and are glad we did. I think Mark and I like it more than the kids! :-)

Lindsey and I love making the Mii's. We have so many...I wonder if there is a limit :)

We have Dance Dance Revolution and that is a great workout!! Just something else you could add to your collection :)
